Everything You Need to Know
Returning an Item
- Keep proof of postage for all returns. Â
- Repackage the item properly, including exterior protection, to prevent damage during transit. Â
- We can only accept returns if the product is in a saleable condition. The item must be:Â
- Unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging. Â
- Returned within 60 days of delivery.
Delivery Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any re-delivery fees. Â
- We do not refund initial shipping fees or credit card charges. Â
Change of Mind Â
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind. Â
RefundsÂ
Refunds will be processed as follows:Â Â
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will refund the full product price and the shipping cost
- For any other reason, only the product cost will be refunded. Â
Exchanges
- If there's a price difference for exchanged products, let us know how you'd prefer to pay or be refunded.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
- You can return items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. Â
- If we determine the item is faulty, normal warranty conditions apply, and you are responsible for following warranty instructions. Â
- We will supply you with a free return label.
- Once we confirm the product is defective, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the product and original delivery costs via your original payment method. Â
Please note:Â Â
- Returns of defective items may incur return shipping costs to Micro New Zealand.
- Allow up to 14 days for refunds after we receive the returned item.Â
